Summer solstice
sound bath
The summer solstice is the year's most literal liminal moment — the turning point between expansion and return. We mark it with a 90-minute sound ceremony using crystal singing bowls, gongs, and vocal toning to move what the longest day has stirred.
What happens
You arrive, remove your shoes, and find your mat already laid out with a blanket and eye pillow. The room is dim, candlelit, and lightly scented with cedar and vetiver. The facilitator opens with a brief grounding meditation before moving into the sound — layering frequencies across the room for 75 uninterrupted minutes.
The solstice amplifies. Themes of completion, grief, gratitude, and new direction often surface. This session is held as a container for all of it.
