We offer both guided meditation (with verbal instruction and inquiry) and structured silent sits. Some sessions incorporate contemplative art practices — drawing, writing, or object-making — as a way of grounding inner experience in form.
Sessions run 45–75 minutes. Cushions and seats are provided. Suitable for complete beginners and experienced practitioners.
