Sessions draw from somatic yoga, slow flow, and body-centered inquiry. We work with breath, alignment, and awareness — not performance. Classes run 60–90 minutes.
Suitable for all bodies and experience levels. Props are provided. Bring an open mind and comfortable clothes.
